Climate Change is often talked about as Global Warming. Increase in the average global temperature is one of the consequences of rising levels of atmospheric CO2. There are many other effects, eg. increased acidity of the oceans, that also have far reaching effects for our biosphere. In this talk, I shall start by stating the difference between climate and weather, evidence for increasing concentration of green house gases (GHG) and the effects that GHG will engender in the Earth's climate.
